Is it ok to eat fastfoods once a week in diet programs?!

Question: Is it ok to eat fastfoods once a week in diet programs.?
Answers:
Of course it's OK to eat fast food once a week in diet programs! Pretty much all you need to remember is to burn more calories than you consume. If you decide to go eat at McDonalds one day, try to eat a little lighter the next day to make up for it. It's that simple. Health Question & Answer

This is why diets don't work.....they are temporary. You need to just get in the mindset of generally eating healthier WITHOUT depriving yourself. So if you want to eat something a little less healthy once a week, then go for it. As long as you can maintain a balance and eat healthier overall, it's totally fine, and probably beneficial, that you treat yourself once a week. Health Question & Answer

It is okay to include that in your diet, however, you should still make healthy decisions. I find that when I am dieting and I really want to shed the pounds, eating out at fast food places tends to tempt me into more unhealthy eating. so then this means I have to start my dieting all over again. It really depends on the person I think. If you can manage to maintain a healthy eating strategy, then I would say, go for it, and good luck!Health Question & Answer

i think its illegal to do that coz you are having your diet for a week only...try not to ruin your process...you might return to your ordinary weight...and you'll be in a shock of having the same weight...be patient and weight until you are satisfied with your weightHealth Question & Answer

Well, it is very, very rarely. If you diet includes lots of diet and exercise then its ok to treat you self, every once in a while. but it includes just eating right then, i wouldn't recommend it. Health Question & Answer

Sure you can. There are healthy choices at fast food places. If you are craving a hamburger get one of the regular hamburgers like at McDonalds and pair it will a side salad. Stay away from the fried foods such as french fries etc.....Health Question & Answer
