Question: Why do some guys have a pear shaped body.? Lovehandles from hell.?
My stomach used to be flat and I was pretty cut. I had a six pack and good body mass, but I still had huge love handles. I cant' get rid of them. I read some where that 80 percent of guys genetically have a apple shaped body , but the other 20 percent are shaped like pears, like me. How the hell do I fix this.? I did crunches, si ups, wearing chest weights, abdominal twists and everything else the Army made me do, to no end. I had a great body with bad love handles why.? talk with a good workout counselor at a workout club or gym and if nothing works and you still really need to take away your love handles to be happy....see several plastic surgeons and find one you feel good about and take care of those love handles, but if you are as great looking as you say and a nice guy your girl or wife will not care.Health Question & Answer
