hey my name is tom and im an aspie im very skinny and i want to put some meat on my bones because its winter in vermont and im always cold but i dont know it because of my disorder so right now i eat crap because my family is poor and we buy like ramon noodles or chicken noodle soup burritoes thats basically all i eat i can buy other food with my own money so please give me a diet of how much i should eat and what i should eat to give me an idea anything will help i dont eat vegatables much and i never eat breakfast i know it will be hard to change my routine but i really need some meat so please help me out hereHealth Question & Answer

3) To start, set up a realistic goal weight for yourself. You may need to resign yourself to a less than (what you may consider) an ideal weight. Make good nutrition your priority, and weight gain the second.
4) It is best to gain weight slowly and steadily. This will help to ensure that your weight gain is in the form of lean body mass and not excessive fat. Don't try to gain more than 1/2 pound a week.

5) Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water a day.
6) Eat frequent but small meals.
7) Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables (green leafy vegetables are great)
8) Do not drink coffee, alcohol, soda pop,...
9) Do not eat processed foods; white sugar, white flower,...
10) Avoid red meat and animal fats.
