well for the best results you need to eat three meals a day and exercise 5 days a week for one hour and thirty minutes. cut out your breads, pasta, rice. limit your rice intake to about one day a week. make sure are three of your meals or light. and when you have a craving go for fresh fruits and veggies. you don't want to lose weight you want to change your lifestyle completely. if not that then be miserable and overweight for your whole life. which sounds better.? It is really hard to recommend a diet or exercise routine that would be suited for your particular case without knowing the problems you are facing. i am on Topamax now and i have lost 35 pounds in 3 months. This is a migrane medicine that the FDA is considering putting on the market for weight loss and it really works. I had back surgery 5 years ago and I was on Lyrica and it caused me to gain 50 lbs really fast and my doctors put me on Topamax because he said that whatever the Lyrica did the Topamax would do the opposite and boy was he right and not only that I have been able to keep it off. My weight is not fluxuating either like it does on some other medications. So you may want to talk to you doctor and see what he says. But be prepared because after you have been on it for about 3-4 weeks you will be like Woah. This stuff really works. But I do not eat beef or pork at all. I eat really healthy. I eat salads and chicken and turkey and fish and stuff like that. Once you take out beef and pork from your diet you will feel so much better. That stuff if you eat it, is what is making you feel so bad.
