Question: How to make my health the same as a footballers.?
Im 18 ive been smoking since i was 14 and my diet and exercise routine isnt excellent, i was wondering if i was to quit smoking now and be all healthy could my levels of fitness become as great as a footballers (theyre really healthy and fit of course) or have i lost my chance if i can , what do i need to do to reach that target.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

No you have not missed your chance:) People ask me the same thing at 40 and even that is quite possible to turn around, so 18 is no problem!

The best way to do it is find a sport or physical activity you like the sound of. The reason footballers are so dedicated is not because they have some amazing mental strength or they are addicted to getting fit.

Its because they absolutely love football, and playing what they love keeps them fit.

So all you have to find something you like too. Try a lot of different things.Running, martial arts, swimming, cross country walking, netball etc. A lot may seem like boring ideas or totally not you..until you actually try them. Its the only way to tell.Health Question & Answer
