A three day diet is not going to do much good, to tell you the truth. Still, to answer your first question, if you want to lose weight, the first step is to drink at least ten ten oz. glasses of water -- about a gallon-- during the day. This actually helps you lose water weight, and also helps you eliminate toxins and improves elimination.

The only three day crash diet that i know of that does anything except make you crazy to eat is the apple diet -- you eat only apples or drink fresh apple juice made in your juicer from raw apples for three days, meanwhile, you still drink all that water. Then, right after you finish the third day of apples, you drink one/fourth cup olive oil. Health Question & Answer
