Question: Will i lose the same amount of weight this way.? please read.?
i cant run. flat out cant. i can run at most 1/3 of a mile

what would happen if i just went outside and did a mix of running around like a retard and skipping and jumping for 5 mins at a time 6 times.?
will it have the same effect

i am 14
5'2"
and 150 pounds
i need to lose about 30 pounds. but i am doing it in a healthy way.

Answers:
At 14 and 5'2" you need to lose more than that. You should be 105 - 115 lbs.

5 minutes does NOTHING. No more effect than sitting on your butt. You have to get cardio going for at least 15 minutes before you even start to have an effect. 30 minutes at a time is the minimum that will make any difference. You CAN run, you just don't want to. 1/3 mile is terrible. Go to a gym and join a class or get a trainer to help you, obviously you need someone to push you because you won't push yourself. They'll make you do a real workout, and ignore any whining that you "can't" do it.

Walking is healthy too, if you walk fast enough to get your heart rate up. Rather than acting like a "retard" try running as far as you can run, then walk until you feel like you've caught your breath, then run again for as long as you can run. It won't take too long and you'll be able to run a lot more than just 1/3 mile.

If you hate running, then don't run. Jump rope, bike, swim. If it gets your heart rate up and keeps it up, then it counts. Health Question & Answer
