Question: Following and maintaining a healthy diet.?
After viewing myself, I have come to the conclusion that I look sickly. I am 16 right now, and I do not look healthy at all. I plan to go on a purely healthy diet (Meaning no more soda, or snacks, and all of that junk). What are some products that are VERY healthy for you, that I can eat in replace with my everyday meals.?
