Answers:
I would say look at yourself. Are you all fat.? Or are you muscular.?

Of course, obviously if your weight comes from fat then you should be at a lower weight. If it comes from muscle then your fine.

No one can really say what weight someone should be at.

have a tape test done to measure your percent of body fat. also check the national guidelines that a yahoo search can pull up.
