Question: I need help loosing weight!! .?
i way 48 kilos, its not alot but it makes me look big and i hate it!! i wanna b an actress so i need 2 keep an eye on my weight. how can i do it in healthy way.?

You could try just picking up on exercise, and drinking lots of water.

Or you could try South Beach, good carbs and good fats. If Phase one is cutting it too much, you could start out with phase two. If your someone who only has ten to twenty pounds to lose, I think you could start with phase 2, and lose just fine! Only thing if you are someone who holds fluid, then you'll have to watch your sodium/salt intake.

South Beach to some may seem like a fad diet. SBD was designed by a Cardiologist, with the aid of a Nutritionalist.

I bought the book about a week ago, and I've lost a little better than 5lbs the first week on phase 1. And I have a VERY slow metabolism! So someone with a higher metabolism could lose more the first week. When I go on phase 2 in another week, then the losing will slow to about 2lbs a week, but for me maybe 1.5 a week, depending on my system.

First you gotta exercise for about 30 minutes after eating lunch( like three or two hours after). You shuold eat normally for lunch and eat a little for dinner. You should not eat a lot for dinner because after dinner you normally go to bed! So that means that you won't get to burn the fat.
