the only weight you will lose buying diet pills is from your wallet or purse. Most pills contain stimulants that can be addicting, they keep your metabolism boosted while acting as an appetite suppressant. They can cause you to be jittery, irritable, and nervous. Every diet pill available recommends proper diet and exercise to maximize effect. The truth is proper diet and exercise is the way to go for weight loss. Dieting alone is bad because your body will get used to a lower calorie intake and your metabolism will slow down. If you go back to eating the way you used to you will gain it all back and then some. This is known as the dieters roller coaster. I hate to diet, so if I want to lose weight, I exercise, this is the preferable method. Your appetite may actually increase, you may eat more but as long as you stick with it, the pounds will come off. its simple math really 1 pound of fat is 4000 calories or so. eat 2500 calories a day but exercise to burn 1500 plus 1500 just for everyday stuff and you'll lose a pound a week. doesn't sound like much but if you want to lose 50 pounds it'll take a year. This will allow skin to shrink with your body unless you are still growing.

Diet pills range from dangerous to helpful. Don't believe ads saying you can lose weight by taking a miracle pill, however there are several pills that try to make dieting easier for you, such as appetite suppressants.

Don't resort to pills right away however, there are several natural foods with similar effects that are better for you than pills:

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.Health Question & Answer

truthfully they are a scam, just as sexual enhancement pills, and get rich quick schemes are. they take advantage of peoples insecurity and promise them an easy way out. well if it were easy there would be no fat people. eat better/less and move/exercise more. that's all that works, i know i used to weigh 300 pounds, i'm down to 228.5 and shrinking! good luck!Health Question & Answer
