Question: How can I lose some weight and get a great body.?
I'm 5'6" and about 150 pounds, I don't know how overweight that is.. but I'd like to tone up and get a great body and hopefully see results in a few months.

So HOW can I lose some weight and tone up.?

Best way to lose weight is eat better and exercise more. Keep a food journal for 2 weeks to see where your diet is off. Increase your fresh fruit and vege, limit sweets and sodas.

If you aren't doing any exercise now, I suggest training for a 5K. Try this program...

Swimming and weight training are excellent for toning the body. Swimming is my favorite toning exercise. Try joining a swimming club. If you want to try weight training, hire a personal trainer for a few sessions to learn proper form.

The only way to make exercise work is to do it consistently. Keep an exercise journal with your food log and you'll have better control on what you like and what works for you.

do all of these for 60 seconds for 1 set and 5 minute warm up stretch and 5 minute cool down stretch with a 30 second rest in between. and you should stay tone and muscular while helping to burn fat. They are separated into 3 days. then do some cardio in between those and make sure to get plenty of rest and eat plenty of protein and carbs.
