Well I didn't research this or anything, but in my health class we talked about certain eating disorders and there are two know ones: bulimia and anorexia. Some people beg to differ and believe that there is another one called excessive eating. This is where you "scarf food down like there's no tomorrow", and then you don't eat for days. You may also be depressed or something may be wrong with family and friends that upsets you, causing you to stop eating.Health Question & Answer

Possibility due to the infrequent eating and then the unintended fasting might have created a fluctuation of bile and stomach acids. I would suggest of course you contact your primary doctor for a referral to a dietitian. They will have you chart what you eat and when you eat. I would suggest you chart this yourself right away. also make sure to include approximately how much of each thing (like a cup for basic measurement). This will aid in finding a resolution faster, be sure to take it with you of course. Another short term thing you might do is take a over the counter antacid before you eat. also take something like Imodium Ad if you have any symptoms of loose stools, gas, or bloating. Hope you can get this medical thing resolved.

also if you have no medical coverage go to your local ER, There are laws that help you get the medical attention you need without having to pay. You have rights to have peace of mind with your body. Take care of this asap!Health Question & Answer
