That is a difficult one, in fact if you can it is much better to do a number of different activities so that as many muscles as possible are stimulated, it also means you are more likely to continue as you don't get bored.

i can list a few sports for u that are superior in results..
1. swimming.. because it works all the muscles in your body to move through the water
2.kickboxing because it will give u cordination and muscle tone
and decent cardio
3. tennis is also not bad as well.. great cardio and stamina buildor... but not as good as the first two
but the best thing is working out.. try lifting weights a few times a week as well for 40 - 60 minsHealth Question & Answer
