Hey man. I just came from boot camp 6 months ago. you need to get out today. Not on a treadmill but on the road. start with a short time out side like 30 to 20 minutes. slowly build up 5 min every time until you get to an hour.
example
Monday: run 30 minutes + (jogging), then do push ups and situps
Tuesday: do intervals of 10s on 50s off (for 7 minutes) x 3 (21 Minutes)
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: 3 x 10 minutes slightly increased pace than your jogging.
Friday:very light jogging for an hour just to get used to the time

Do this at a nice pace so you wont hurt yourself. Do this circuit for a while then slowly increase the time and intensity little by little every time.Health Question & Answer

when you run, breathe in your nose and out your mouth to avoid cramps...also to get your indurance up, start by jogging shorter distances and every few days adding to the distance and begin increasing your speed. if you have say 4 weeks, week one run a half a mile, week 2 run a half a mile but faster, week 3 run a mile at the same speed as week 2 and week 4 run the mile and a halfHealth Question & Answer

You don't need to be in very good shape to make it through boot camp. That's why you go to boot camp, so they can get you in shape. But if you are still concerned, here is a link to military.com.

This is the same workout I use. Good luck.Health Question & Answer
