Sounds like your worried about your weight. That's not good. You are probally extremely skinny, but you probally just don't see it. My daughter had that problem. She counted her calories and day by day got skinnier. Its not like she wouldn't eat, she would. but she would just make sure she burned off more than what she ate. We finally took her to the clinic and she is recovering now.

Please don't make the same mistake. You need to eat when YOU are hungry. forget all the "eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going" or "make sure to eat the amount you burn". let me tell you, that's all crap. If your hungry, eat. don't look at nutrition facts. As long as you excersize regularly,trust me, your going to need all the calories you can get. And if you truely are gaining weight, then go see a nutritionist. But it sounds like your just worried.

Please don't become obsessed with what you eat. Trust me, it wont only affect you, it will affect your loved ones.

I do a little of both. When you get hungry, gulp down a big glass of water first and wait 5 mins, if your still hungry have a super small healthy snack. If this makes you more hungry then you know you are definitely ready for your meal. You ought to eat a little something every few hours to keep your metabolism going, but don't go overboard.Health Question & Answer
