Question: I need a good diet.?!!.?!.?!.?
ok my friend and i are going to start working out 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week to be stronger for volleyball and track. We need a good diet plan to be healthy while doing this. our plan for working out is; first day cardio, second day core, third day will be split upper and lower muscles. we are going to keep the work out routine for at least a year. the gym we are going to is a private gym and has weights, treadmills etc.

im asking what we should eat and ideas for work outs
