Question: Metabolism question.? 10 pts best answer!!.?
well when I eat like one little cookie, the next day I have a huuge tummy. I do a lot of sports, like soccer, basketball, softball, swim team, and feild hockey. Is this high or low metabolism.?.?.?.? How do I get the opposite.? I want to eat a cookie or two and not regret it the next day. also, are there any exercizes that will help me.?.? Foods.?.? best answerer will be rewarded!!

I get the "huge tummy" thing a lot of times after I eat too.. i think a lot of people do. It can be caused by many things, such as bloating or water retention. Having a few cookies cant make your stomach bigger.

Eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day keeps your metabolism running. also, never skip meals, especially breakfast.
Eating breakfast gets your metabolism going. Like i said before, cardio helps you burn extra calories. Building muscle will also help
too because your body burns more calories keeping muscle than it does fat.

Since you are very active, that is your metabolism. A lot of it plays in from genetics. The only thing you can do is eat right and don't stop exercising. Go for the cookie and don't think about it twice. If you neglect it, you'll resist until you eat 4 instead of the 1 you wouldve eaten in the first place. Hi,

Make sure you eat the cookie early in the day, when you are more active, not at night. Drink plenty of water. If you eat 5 - 6 small meals a day, this will speed up your metabolism and when you eat a cookie won't be that bad.
