Question: My body is completely screwed up! The Answer Man now needs answers.?!.?
You don't have to read all of it, but if can help with anything I will be eternally grateful, thanks.

Ok so I'm 14 and I have chronic fatigue syndrome, which means I'm really tired all the time, so it makes it really hard to eat and exercise.
Since I have trouble eating I am very underweight. I am about 6 foot tall and 114 pounds (52 kg).
My diet is very bad and I struggle to fit in three small meals a day. I am trying my hardest to eat. If you have some suggestions to good foods I could try that would help heaps.
But when I'm home all day I try to do some sort of exercise, what would be the best kind of exercise for me to do.? I am very unfit and can't run 300 metres without stopping. I've tried doing sit-ups and some ab workouts, but i still have this disgusting stomach that isn't flat, it sort of goes in :S I would like to have proper abbs because i don't have much of my body to be proud of lol, so maybe some workout routine for that would help.
And also, very randomly, my arms are completely scewred up because my forearms are normal sized (I use them a lot), but my biceps are absolutely tiny! They are smaller than my forearms so they looks very odd and kinda gross. I'd like to change that, but I can't get a gym membership and I don't have dumbells at home. (I have a drumkit, would that work out my biceps at all.?) My legs are disgustingly thin and make me sort of look like a girl. At home we have no exercise equipment at all. I hate running and I can't go for a swim in our pool because I'm allergic to chlorine (it seems the world's sorta out to get me).
One positive note is that even though I barely ever attend school I have plenty of friends and I'm smart enough to keep up with the classwork.

Ok sorry for the massive rant, but I really need help getting my body back into shape, because I used to be quite athletic (and I was tan too lol). Thanks if you can help with anything at all.

How about a visit with your family doctor for suggestons on eating and chronic fatigue.? has he diagnosed you w/chronic fatigue.?
You are 14 and your body is changing - a lot.
Do you get 7-8 hours of sleep.? You need it.
Keep working on the small meals - up your calorie intake. Milk.?Ice cream.? Fruits & vegetables.? Beef, chicken, fish, eggs.? Someone your age should be eating a lot of these things. What about protein milk shakes.?
Start taking vitamins - Ex: One-a-Day with Iron (check with your DR.)
instead of weights - what about empty milk jugs filled with water.?
Build up your stamina by doing simple exercises to strengthen your back, legs, arms, etc. (look on-line) Leg lifts, push ups, modified sit-ups, etc.

The first thing you need to do is put on some weight,you cannot do any body building untill your BMI is in the healthy range,you need at least 25 pounds more weight.Eat a diet verry high in carbohidrate.also try some proteen bars,not the diet ones,but the body building ones,they help alot with putting on weight and also are tasty and you don't have to cook when your tiered.Seeing your so underweight I'd sugest you see a doctor there are medicarions that can encrease you apptite and reduce your metaboisium.Have pleantly of vegtables and start taking a vitamin suplerment.Best of luck and go easy on the body buliding wait till your a heatly weight fist.Health Question & Answer

Try getting your condition under control with help from your family doctor. If you aren't tired and falling asleep all the time you can make a better effort to eat healthy and start working your muscles. You probably have such a hard time working out due to your poor diet - you need energy to fuel you. High protein, high fibre, lot fat foods are best. Hmmm... you must be very unhealthy, try eating soft foods. And you might be very sick, it could be some sort of disease or something. Try saving money or at least earning money with a small job that your body can handle and buy dumbells. I don't think drums are supposed to be a work- out thingy at all. This happened to me, then I started to eat so much fruit, my main victims are apples and bananas. I also eat the best fruit but I eat meat also, ask you mother to cook the meat well. Make it tender. Jog every morning and try to go for slow walks every afternoon at 3 o' clock. Try looking for appetizer recipes online! And maybe eat like Garfield the cat for about a week or so, lol.
