Did I eat alright today?? Quick points..?!

Question: Did I eat alright today.?.? Quick points...?
Woke up had a 90 cal granola bar.
lunch was a boca burger on light bread (190 cal), wheat crackers (140 cal), apple (80 cal), pear (80 cal), chocolate annie's grahams (100 cal)

so about 700 calories.
then i had about 5 whole wheat saltines (50 cal)

and then i ran 4.2 miles at the gym, lots of crunches all ways, some strength exercises with weights for arms and legs and butt.

and then I had dinner which was a whole wheat wrap (90 cal), light roasted chicken veggie soup with low sodium (100 cal for the serving I had), one apple (80 cal), one pear (80 cal), and a curves bar (100 cal)

so about 1200 calories for today.
Is that okay.? did I eat alright.?
or too many carbs or something.?
my stomach is just really bloated now.
please help.

thank you

Answers:
it doesnt look like you had enough vegtables or protein at all.
everything else like the whole wheat sounds good!
you are thin so dont worry! you should take in at least 2000 calories since youre still growing!

about 150 too low. but pretty close.

how many carbs you eat is based on your goal.

if you want to lose fat, less carbs.

if you want to gain muscle. a bit more carbs.Health Question & Answer
