How do i increase my sprinting speed?!


Question: How do i increase my sprinting speed.?
im 57 kg and i run really slow im 14 also a male please help need some reallly good tips so i get fast in no time in speedHealth Question & Answer

Mark off 40 or 50 yards. Stretch your leg muscles out very good before you run. After warming up, start out running at about 50% of your full speed. After four or five times, increase your speed to about 75%. After five or six times of 75%, increase your speed to 100%. This means run as fast as you possibly can. Run at 100% between seven and ten times. Do this everyday and you will see you speed increase. It's just like anything else.... practice practice practice. Don't tell yourself that you are slow . Tell yourself that you want to get faster. Always have the attitude that you can do anything you want to do. Believe in yourself!!Health Question & Answer
