Hey man :) Chest for me has always been an easy muscle to build. I've stuck with the 3 basic exercises for the past 17 years... Incline, Flat, and flyes. I'm a Personal Trainer, also, and the most common complaint that I get from clients is that bench presses are hurting their shoulders, and they aren't feeling it in their chest. One thing I get them to do, is to pull their shoulders back, when they lay on the bench. It's kinda like squeezing your shoulder blades together, which pulls your shoulders down, and sticks your chest out. If you keep this posture throughout your bench work, it focuses the strain on the chest muscles, not the anterior deltoid, or the triceps. Most people tend to push their shoulders up. If you imagine standing up straight, and trying to get your shoulders to touch each other in front of your chest, doing that movement will sink your chest. This posture is how most people end up at the top of thier bench, which puts all the strain on their shoulders, and when they bring it down again, their shoulders are in the same position, which puts almost no strain on the chest.
Perhaps look at this on your own technique...?.? I see it a heck of a lot, but it might not be the case with your workouts.
I do 3 exercises, with 3 sets of 8-12 reps for each set, varyiing the weight on all sets, to get a good rep range . What are you doing for your workouts, sets wise...?.? You could be doing too much or too little. Theres also things like 'Matrix' sets, where you do 4 full reps, 4 of just the top half of the rep, 4 of just the bottom half of the rep, then another 4 full reps. You can experiment with thirds, as well as halves.
Try pre-exhausting your chest, too. Things like doing a set of dumbell flyes to failure(on the bench press bench), then putting the dumbells down and going straight into a set of Barbell Bench Presses. This is a great way to shock the muscles.
Hope you have some luck with these things, they worked for me, so you might find the same. Health Question & Answer

Cable cross overs and dumbbell incline presses are wonderful! Dumbbell declines are just as wonderful. But you have to have muscle confusion so if you are constantly doing the same thing over and over then you are never going to go forward and build.also you have to take your supplements and make sure you aren't over training those muscles. And do you go to failure.? Instead of being concerned about how many reps you do be more concerned about more weight and form. Since you are making 10-12 reps,up the weight make it to where you can only get 8-10. If you want to get big you gotta lift big but do it the right way with a spotter and good formHealth Question & Answer

Whether you're looking to attract girls without saying a word, or you just want to improve your looks and strength, building up chest muscle is important. By increasing chest muscle mass, men get the attention they want from the ladies and feel more confident and strong. Women prefer powerful men that can protect them, not men with saggy man boobs, right.? And let's be honest, you would prefer to have massive pecs too, wouldn't you.?Health Question & Answer

Some people are aware of the fact 95% of American cities are putting a deadly caustic substance in the public drinking water, called Sodium Fluoride. Much people are unaware of the caustic side effects, and long term effects fluoride has on the mind, and body. Sodium Fluoride builds up over years in internal organs, not to mention the brain itself. The Germans first used it in world war II, to make they're prisoners more docile and easier to manage. Here is a link to a family whose horses and dogs died from over fluoridation :

I hope this helps. I have been distilling my water everyday for the last seven months. I feel a great difference. I also tried NO2 Black, you can get it at the health food store. You literally have no recovery time when lifting weights. You can go from one set right to the next.
