you should do sit ups daily in the morning about 30 minutes or so.........but dont expect the change to be soon as you have to do it for a long time.......

Wednesday: 30 min of more intense cardio (jog or bike) and do 3 sets of 15 crunches. (bicycle crunches)

Thursday: rest OR do 30 min of intense cardio (bike or jog)

Friday: 1 hour of intense cardio (go for a run) and do 3 sets of 15 crunches. (bicycle crunches)

That's what I'm doing. The magazine says that cardio is the KEY to loosing a belly.

i have a belly too it's where all my food goes if it goes away il die...lol
just kidding i know what u mean u mean excess bodyfat u gotta eat clean 1800cals a day high protein low carb and medium fat
ie: 200g protein
100g carbs
65g fat

and add in cardio i recommend 15mins of HIIT a day yes 15mins it's great and efftive but not easy i warn u
45sec sprinting
30secs jogging
repeat for 15mins straight no breaks it's tough but effective
