Is skipping breakfast unhealthy or healthy?!


Question: Is skipping breakfast unhealthy or healthy.?
I've been trying to lose weight and have kind of gotten in the habit of skipping meals and stuff. One of my friends said when you skip breakfast you actually crave sweet stuff so I'll just get fatter or something. Anyway, if anyone knows, is this just a myth.? Or is missing breakfast really unhealthy.?Health Question & Answer

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
It provides your body with the energy you need to start your day.
If you're going to skip any meals, let it be dinner and go to bed early so you won't need to eat.
But skipping any meals is unhealthy for you.
If you really want to lose weight the healthy way, eat 3 balanced meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Include all food groups, Fruit & vegetables, Carbohydates, Milk and milk products, Meat or chicken for protein and healthy fats & oils.
Eat smaller portions, leave out junk food and drink lots of water.
Eat healthy snacks in between meals such as fruit or have a small serving of yoghurt. Exercise too. It's the best way to get fit, lose fat and stay healthy.
Have your meals at the same time everyday, so that your body's metabolism is regulated and your body will burn fat on it's own.
