How can i get great abs?!


Question: How can i get great abs.?
im a 19 year old female. 5'3 and about 110 - 113 lbs.

i have no way of going to the gym and i have no excercise equipment at my house.

so if anyone could give me some ideas on how to do a good crunch / situp whatever that would be nice.

also, how fast should it take to see results.?

unfortunately abs are the toughest muscle to see results on and they take a lot of work and time to get right so don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. Just make sure you don't have any excess body fat, so if you are seeing a little pudge try altering your diet. Without a gym, I used to run everyday or at least a good fast walk to keep trim, then at home you can do crunches, make sure you knees are bent and feet are flat on the floor, raise your upper body until your shoulder blades are off the floor and keep your abs tight. Do three sets of 10 to start, less if you can't get that many, it takes time. You can also do leg raises. Lay on your back, place your hands under your body, palms down, under your lower back, keep feet together, legs out straight, lift your legs, using you abs until your legs are perpendicular to your body, then lower almost to the floor, but don't touch the floor and repeat 10 times. Do three sets. Those are only a couple, look online for more and be consistent!Health Question & Answer

Tennis is a great way to get abs. When you swing, you naturally turn your body, so you have the motion constantly. If you can't your hands on a racquet or anything, go ahead and eat some "protein" and do about 60 situps.Health Question & Answer
