Need help losing weight!!?!


Question: Need help losing weight!!.?
Hello. Can Anyone who actually went through a journey of weightloss give me some guidance on how to do it effectively. I mean I know Diet and exercise is the way, but the diet part is really hard for me so I need some help. Keep in mind I'm 23 years old and Have been gaining weight for the past 3 years. Last time I checked my weight I was 150 Ibs about 3 years ago now I'm probably between 180 or 185 Ibs and thats bad because I'm only about 5, 6" tall. I want to also try to get back into Soccer competitions since I was a good player in High School and want to try and get a shot at professional Soccer but not before I can lose the weight and be fit. Well you should eat plenty of meats and vegetables. Not a lot of fatty protein meats such as steak but more like chicken and fish. Whenever you feel the need to eat something, drink water, it will fill you up. That is what I did. But you can't drink water every time, you have to make sure that you are still getting plenty of nutrition. I also did something like at dinner, I would make my plate half full with vegetables. And its obvious that avoiding snack food and MSG is necessary. Good luck, its a hard journey but the results are worth it, you feel younger and feel better about yourself. FIrst step... go see your Physician. Let him do all tests on you for your heart and check your thyroid, etc.

Then see a nutritionist and get sound medical advice devoid of any myths.

Use a trainer at your gym, if u can to create a good workout schedule.Health Question & Answer
