Working out the upper arms?!


Question: Working out the upper arms.?
I gained a lot of weight due to illnesses, about 70 pounds and I have lost about 40 pounds of it.

However, I cant seem to lose weight in my upper arms. I know I have lost a little bit of weight because I can fit into long sleeve shirts that I couldn't fit into before. My upper arms are still HUGE though, its what bothers me the most, it makes me look like I have huge shoulders and just makes me look heavier overall.

So I was just wondering what kinds of exercises can I do to help lose that weight and tone up my arms a little.

Push ups can actually make your shoulders broaden more and flatten your chest.. I used to do tons of pushups until I realized that it's more of a workout for men. If you go to gym, they have certain workouts that focus only on the upper arms. Ask the workers and they'll probably be happy to help you.
