Question: I wanna Lose Weight!!.?
Hi.

Well, Just 12 weeks ago I was at 51kg (112lbs I think)

My measurements were
Chest: 33in
Waist: 27in
Hips: 33in

And now I'm 56kg! (123lb)
Chest: 34in
Waist:28in
Hips:34in

I want to lose 1-2 lbs a week I don't care how long it takes..
I just wanna get back to 51kg Again!
Btw I'm 12..
Before I was 51kg I was 60kg (132lb)

I have a Gym Membership too.

being so young I'd hate to alter your diet dramatically, but I suggest to take it more lean meats, like chicken (and I don't mean fried), Turkey, and Fish. This will fill you up and hopefully keep you away from carbs, you may also add muscle while you're at it!

Note excessive carbs are bad, but you do need them everyday. Just not in bagels, chips, or cookies, rather in fruits and oats.

Take in lots of roughage, like lettuce and celery. It'd good to rid your body of the waste that may compile, so the high fiber diet will help.

take your vitamins, especially the B's and C.

I suggest lots of cardio. i know it's boring, but bring your favorite mp3s and deal with it.

Drink lots of water, and just water. it will help flush your system, mobilize fat, and it burns calories digesting.

have someone teach you weights, you burn more calories daily having more muscle on your body.

remember, you are still a growing boy, so if you don't meet this 2lb/week goal it's okay, you're growing and that will of course make you heavier.
