How do you make yourself motivated to exercise?!


Question: How do you make yourself motivated to exercise.?
ok like many I love to sleep and eat junk. I'm not fat I would just like to get more toned and be in good health because lately I get up and eat and I'm so sleepy. I want to sign up for a gym class but how do u make yourself motivated.? and what foods can I eat to give me energy and how do I make it a habit of keeping up with good eating habits.?

The best way to keep yourself motivated is simply to get into a routine. If you just make it something you do every day or every other day, it is easy to stay in the habit. The worst is getting off schedule for a week, because then you really don't want to get back into the routine.

Motivation has to come from within, but like I said it get easier if you make it a routine. The key is getting started. Even if you don't feel motivated, just do it. Don't make excuses not to, go to the gym today and sign up and start going. You can think of a million reasons not to, but if you just force yourself to do it, even if you don't feel like it today or are kind of tired, then you will do it. Motivation is hard so search yourself and just do it.

Bananas are good foods to eat after a workout, and fruit in general is a nice thing to have on hand in case you get hungry throughout the day. also, drink lots of water. Then you shouldn't be as hungry between meals, and it is good to be hydrated. You should drink an ounce of water for every pound you weigh per day, so a 150 lb person should drink 75 oz of water each day.Health Question & Answer

Every day I have to motivate myself to get some exercise and make better food choices. I just tell myself ....Do you really want to end up sick and in the hospital again....?( I was hospitalized for 6 weeks due to a serious illness related to my poor eating habits and lack of physical activity). LOL thats any easy question im young and athletic.What i do to exercise and keep in shape is do something i actually enjoy doing.Softball.Its a sport that requires a lot of practice and exercise to keep in shape.Same with any other sport you exercise to keep in shape.So simple fnd a sport or something that you enjoy doing and do it.Health Question & Answer

it's hard to eat healthy some times
ecspecially when you gotta go to a
party and stuff.
i eat tuna and salad and unsalted nuts
also drink water plenty of WATER.
don't drink any soda's
if you don't like water put leon in it
or even some crystal light packets...
