Answers:
Fresh are always better for you, and better tasting. However, if fresh isn't available, frozen is the best way to go. Canned fruits aren't as healthy because they are in sugary syrup, which is unncessary. If you MUST eat canned fruits, rinse them off, thoroughly, first. Canned veggies are good for you, too. Stick to the no sodium ones, though. They tend to add unnecessary salt to them. So rule of thumb is canned is okay, frozen is better, but fresh is best. :-) Health Question & Answer

no, frozen fruits/ veggies are only good right away if u mix it and make a smoothie cause they're already cold so u don't need ice.....but i like regular fresh cause they're tastier?Health Question & Answer
