Muscle milk question, muscle gain and fat loss?!


Question: Muscle milk question, muscle gain and fat loss.?
im going to be taking muscle pretty soon but i have a few questions
first, if i take it 30 min before and 30 min after while i weightlift, will i gain muscle a lot faster.?
second, will i gain a lot of fat but still more muscle.? cuz i wana be fit and still have my abs not hav them covered up by fat so if i do cardio will i still lose fatHealth Question & Answer

First of all don't u just hate people who don't even answer the ******* question.? I get so pissed. I just asked a question about the pros of reverse grip bench press compared to standard and a guy gave some weight lose program and another gave me a total body routine. I just had to state that. Now to answer the question. First of all don't take regular muscle milk. Take muscle milk light. It tastes literally the same with half the calories, same protein and barely any fat. Love it. I take it. The problem with ur situation is muscle milk is not a good post and recovery shake. This is because it is casienated protein. U need whey for this because whey is fast digesting and for post and recovery u need ur protein right away. For casiene it breaks down over hours and hours. THe good thing is that it is a great shake to drink and night and in the mourning cuz it supplies ur body with a steady stream of protein. Muscle milk is kind if pricey because it has casiene isolate. This is really expensive but really beneficial. Protein is essential in order to build muscle. U need to eat 1-2 grams of protein per pound of ur weight. Finally for u gaining muscle it will help and for u gaining fat it should not affect you at all if u take muscle milk light cuz it only has 160 calories. Ur abs will be fine. Good luck man.
