Question: About losing weight....?
does anyone know about anything i can do to lose weight on top of diet and exercise.? I have a wedding to go to in january and i wanna lose a few lbs... and i definitely going to diet and eat right (all i ever do is drink water) and i usually work out anyways. so i know im not gonna be doing any type of crash diet or anything. but does anyone know of anything i can take in addition to dieting, that can just boost the weight loss a little bit.? cuz i want to be a size 4 by january to wear certain dress lol ... any ideas.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
you are starting it right by not drinking anything except for water. if you used to drink 8 glasses as advised, drink more than that to replenish and avoid dehydration.

if you also started working out, much better.

for your diet, ( and if you are serious about losing those extra lbs ) eat food without any salt. if you can do it, try and not just minimize but for as long as you can, try cooking and eating without salt as a start. See, chicken has naturally around 25mg of salt, tuna has at least 10, so you really do not need a dash on your diet.

everybody says eat fruits and veggies. so take the more nutritious ones you can get. apples, oranges and pears for more fiber. For veggies, go for broccolii, carrots, zucchini and celery. Minimize the intake of red meat too. You can substitute tofu for any of your favorite dishes.

aside from water, drink at least 2 cups of green tea to help you flush toxins and to maximize hydration which is very important when dieting.

remember, you only want to lose some weight the heatlhy way. there's no easy way to do it. like me, i needed to sacrifice a lot but along the way, i discovered these easy and healthier options. and i do not need to sacrifice anymore.

It's easy, but that doesn't mean you can muck about with the program. You really have to stick to it and hopefully you will see results. Reading alot about it in forums and results vary from average to excellent, my Aunt lost 4 stone, so for her, it worked great.
