With Side effects
1) Eat Less, Run every day, and eat only fruits and no oily and fatty stuff like french fries and dont drink milk, theres alot of fats in that evn though it tells u its reduced or somthing. Eating less with this excersise may cause tiredness during the day and works faster tho.

With Fit strong body
2) Same thing on with what you do on top, except eat more.

The best way to lose weight would be to watch your caloric & fat intake. Substitute high fat or calorie food for vegetables and fruits. Do cardiovascular exercise (maintaining your heart rate at 120bps) daily for 30 to 40 minutes. Eat slowly, to curb your appetite. Do not rush through your meals.
