Question: Can i work my chest out every other day.?
I was planing to work my back and biceps one day and chest and triceps another day. Can i do this or will this strain my muscles.?Health Question & Answer

I've done that before and gained a lot of mass. Try chest and triceps, then bi's and back, then legs the next day. Keep that sequence going.Health Question & Answer
