Question: Will i be at my goal weight by christmas time doing this.?
30 mins minimum exercise 6 times a week, vigourus cardio. Dieting. Im 5"11 231 lbs. goal is 205. how much do you think i will be by the first of january.?Health Question & Answer

Yes that is if you keep it up. Don't push yourself into it you should always ease into workouts and not go full steam a head without letting your body get use to the fact of exercise and diet. If you don't let your body get use to it it can make you sick and pull or even tear muscles. I suggest 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks on an easier level and then do one more session each week for the next 3 weeks to build up to 6 times a week and increase you level once you have reached 6 sessions weekly. Make sure that your diet is balanced and it a lot easier if you have some family doing it with you so you aren't alone and you aren't tempted to eat whatever is in the pantry.
