Hi,

First, people may be attracted to you at first by how you look, but they stick around of because of who you are.

Second, that type of weight loss is possible, however, that's almost one pound a day, I would set a more reasonable goal. It's all in the calories. If you eat more than you burn off, it does not matter how much you exercise.

Just stick to natural foods that fill you up without a lot of calories- like fruits and veggies. Try to eat most of your natural carbs in the morning so you have the entire day to burn them off. After around 6pm, try to eat only protein [meat, eggs, fish, etc.] this way you don't go to sleep storing a lot of carbs as fat.

The more exercise you do, the more calories you will burn. If you can work up to running, or running and walking- more than once a day- that will speed things up. Again, you have to watch what you eat so you don't put back in the calories you just burned off.

So no junk food, no coffee, no soda, sports drinks, no energy drinks- these all have calories you don't want. Stick to water and iced tea. Don't starve yourself, just eat healthy and exercise as often as you can.

You are off to a good start, you will learn that weight loss is all in your daily habits- and when you can control them- it gives you the discipline to accomplish whatever else you set your mind to [something a diet pill can never do].

Good luck- and God bless.
