Question: I HATE MY STOMACH, HELP!!!!! WHAT EXERCISE CAN I DO.?
I have had (3) kids, (3) c-sections and my stomach shows it. I have no stretch marks, only dimples (cellulite). I have been told no exercise will help...is this true.? I am 42, 5"1 and 113 lbs. AND HATE MY STOMACH!!!!!!Health Question & Answer

first of all; you should have strong desire to make your stomach flat.
you need to concentrate things.
1. exercise 2. diet
start you day with a walk for 15-20mins, later when you find your self easy with walking then increase your speed of walking and also distance; as per your convenience.

you can eat every thing exept following
Fried & oily food
Keep your self away from Sugar product. including Tea & Coffee
Red Meat
Alcohol, Smoking & any kind of Drug.

you should do
drink warm water whole day (quit cold water)
take your breakfast in between 1hrs after you wake up.
eat less in dinner, sleep at 10pm wakeup at 6am (8hrs sleep only)
