even though if you increase your water intake its better for you it will not reduce body fat. the only effective way to reduce body fat is doing lightweight training done at a heart pumping cardi pace. you will build lean muscle and burn pounds of fat. this sort of exersise along with a diet, but you dont have to change your diet much. unless your eating fast food and garbage all the time. but drinking water will not make you thinHealth Question & Answer
