How many calories should I try to burn a day?!


Question: How many calories should I try to burn a day.?
I go to the gym and do at least an hour of cardio. (today i did almost 2hrs and according to the machines i burnt 966calories)

I'm trying to eat 1200 calories a day.

I'm a larger girl: 250lbs.

3500 is 1 pound. so, check your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and ull see how much you want to lose. (: make it healthy, and dont rush anywhere. it must not go over 1pound a week. (i think so)Health Question & Answer
