How can I see EFFECTIVE results with my weight loss?!
Question: How can I see EFFECTIVE results with my weight loss.?
I'm currently trying to maintain the weight I've loss and lose at least 20-30 additional pounds. I eat breakfast every morning. Which is sometimes, cereal with skim milk or granola with tea or O.J. or if I know I'll be having a light lunch---I may have turkey bacon/sausage, eggs and biscuits. But that is RARE. NOT every morning. Lunch is salad, or a healthy choice frozen meal and dinner is well balanced, a protein, veggies and non-fattening starch. I try to workout at least 3 times a week until I can get up to 5 days a week. I walk at a moderate pace for 5 minutes. Then I speed walk for 10 on a treadmill, jog for 10 minutes of the treadmill then have a 5 minute cool down walk. I also do stairs in my house sometimes. Running fast up and down for two sets of 10. And when at the gym, I do high reps, low weight for my arms. I have very shapely legs, so I don't ever have to use weights on those. I also do crunches/sit ups (which is my PROBLEM area) because I have a LARGE gut. But it's like the more I do crunches, the bigger it pokes out. What other exercises/meal plans can I add or take away to optimize my weight loss success.?

In that calorie range you should lose the weight, but u hv to stick to it for months.Health Question & Answer
