Cheerios. Seriously, it's the best, I know it's not on your list. BUT it has the least artificial chemicals and contains PLENTY of fiber and is not great in calories. Health Question & Answer
That depends, personally I would go with the Brinta from that list, but I myself eat Frosted Mini Wheats :P
