How do i get faster(thigh and calf strength)?!


Question: How do i get faster(thigh and calf strength).?
i'm in basketball and i'm very quick
and i'm in peak condition so difficulty level isn't a problem.
and i'm fast enough to get by
about a 7:30 mile .
but id like some upper/inner thigh excersizes to get me faster

suggestions .?

It's not thigh strength that you need, it's been proven that your core is what will allow you to increase you speed. So i recomend focusing on you abs for a little while and see if it helps. i know it used to work for me. you can also use a weighted sled for sprintsHealth Question & Answer
