Question: Is it bad to exercise after everything you eat.?
I do. I exercise after everything I eat, small or big. I feel rather guilty if I don't.

You don't have to exercise after each meal... what's the fun in that.?!
When I was at a stage when I wanted to lose a bit of weight, and stay fit and healthy I only exercised once a day, for half an hour to an hour, after dinner. (I can't exercise on an empty stomach, but it makes some people sick, so be careful).
also, being healthy does not simply mean eating bad food, feeling guilty, and exercising. Please please please eat fruit and veges, drink loads of water (2 litres per day), make sure you're still eating sufficient meals for breakfast lunch and dinner, and have a snack (preferably healthy) between meals. also, if you're doing a pretty heavy workout then you should probably get some carbohydrates into you, because otherwise you have nothing to work with - not too many though. Obviously you're allowed a bit of naughty food though! :) And the best time to eat that is straight after exercising when you're still burning fat :)
