Hi, my name is monica, and im 13 years old.
I am 5 feet and 4 inches and im about 120 pounds.
I hate the look of my stomach.
I exercise everyday
I stretch
do 20 sit ups
10 push ups
and i run

Is there anyway to loose weight healthier
And fast


I would really apreciate your tips
My goal is to loose 20 pounds by sometime in december.

1. eat healthy :) your excersizing sounds good 2 me, so far your on the right track.. whenever you get hungry for something that might cause you to gain weight just think of an obese person then think of taping your head to that person's body.. sorry for that disturbing image.. just think of something that will make you stay away from food.
2. you can, but it will result in you being hospitalized for being anorexic. Do not go down this road.. plus you're still going through puberty. I would think by December you could lose 7 lbs maybe.?.? I would give it till AT LEAST march for 20 lbs. (which I think is a ridiculous goal I don't hink 120 is big at all)Health Question & Answer

Than no, because whether or not you are pleased with your appearance, physically your weight is normal for your height and gender. 100 pounds, your goal, is considered underweight for your height. Right now, with a healthy weight, and taking consideration into that you're still growing, you really should not try to lose weight. Instead, try to change your mindset before it gets worse. First of all, you should ask your doctor before trying to lose weight. I don't know your bone structure, but 120 at 5'4" doesn't sound over weight in the least! If you feel your belly needs work simply work on toning, but honestly honey... if you are 13 you are probably perfectly fine as you are!! Over the next couple years you are going to develop your figure just fine as long as you eat healthy and get plenty of exercise! If you really want to get some good advise, though, talk to your doctor first off, and look into sitting in on a Weight Watchers meeting. You're already doing all the exercise you need. Make sure you're eating right too.

I know this wont make sense to you until you're older, but it's because you're 13 that you're so self conscious about your body. If you can, try to believe me when I say you're fine and living a very healthy lifestyle.

you shouldn't be worry about your weight because some kids when they reach 15 or 16 start loosing weight.i think it is not realistic to lose 20 pounds in such a short time you make yourself sick.my daughter was a bit chubby when she was at your age but now without any diet she lost all the chubbiness .just eat more healthy food and less junks.
