Question: SERIOUSLY. HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT.?
im 5'8 and 90kg.

i know this is a lot and i know i am overweight.

i want to know the best way to lose weight effectively and hopefully efficently.

Forget gimmicky diets. Even when they work, they don't typically encourage healthy, long-term eating habits. That means that the minute you stop, the weight comes right back and you may even end up heavier than when you started.
I know that thinking about eating healthy and exercising sounds awful. I do. Even though I currently do both of those things, just saying those words out loud sounds boring and hard. It sounds like an obstacle that I have no interest in tackling. But it can certainly be done. Really, the first week is the hardest, but it really does get easier. The better you feel, the prouder you become of your accomplishments, the easier it is to switch your brain's reward system from junk food to veggies. This site helped me a lot:

It's totally free, and once you see what you're eating and where your calories come from, it's easier to cut out the bad and focus on the good.
You can also enter your goal weight and it will tell you how many calories you can eat each day to accomplish that goal.

Heya. You can do it, it's all about eating right and exercising regularly to slowly but efficiently get the weight off. And if you do it properly it's so much more likely to STAY off (believe me I've been anorexic and bulimic and all the weight loss was temporary).
So, I'm sure you know what kind of foods are bad for you, unnercerssary and just make you look and feel fat. Yup, you got it, junk food, fast foods, processed foods and other rubbish. you need to eat around 4 times a day, in smaller portions. a healthy cereal with skimmed milk and a fruit. for lunch, something like tuna sandwich, or a cheese sandwich with another piece of fruit and water. if you get hungry after that, eat a yoghurt or a low kcal snack bar (Go Ahead bars are great pick-me-ups!)
For dinner have vegetables with lean meat/fish/jacket potatoes or pasta (whole meal with mixed vegetables, peppers etc) or brown rice with mixed veg or w/e.

You can find so many recipes and learn how to eat healthily this way.
In addition to eating right, you need to exercise to tone up as you lose and make you fitter.
I believe running is the easiest and most efficient way to tone up and slim down. Even if you can only jog/run for 5 minutes, IT DOESN'T MATTER. Start there! pro athletes had to start somewhere once, and so do you. So build your time up from 5 minutes to 10, 20 etc until you can jog/run 50 minutes and cover around 4 miles (but don't expect that within a matter of weeks lol. it'll take a few months but you CAN do it! if you can get 70 year old marathon runners, i'm sure you a 16 yr old can do it).

Listen to music whilst exercising. Makes it more fun, time passes quicker. Do this around 4 or 5 times a week if you can, but make sure you incorporate rest days or you'll feel immensely sore. Including sit ups/crunches etc and you're on your way to a healthy, toned and fit body!

Cut back on white bread and dairy, buy lots of health magasines, they are great! and aim for 20 mins of excersise a day (even if it's talking to a friend on the phone and walking circles in your bedroom.
