If I dance 2 hours
and am a 13 year old female who currently weighs 78.5 pounds and needs to weigh 80 pounds. (I'm 4'11)
But I wanna gain muscle weight NOT fat.

You can always give a general answer. It depends on your heart rate and what % you are working at, also Your metabolism. This information for you is hard to calculate. Your doctor could give you a much better and accurate answer. You can burn Between 200 and 500 calories as general rule depending on the intensity. Some people are more efficient
Ideal is 1-1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of body weight
each 1 gram of protein has a caloric value of 4 kcals
take you goal body weight of 80 lbs =80 grams protein or 120 grams
calories of protein daily would range between 320 -480 calories of protein daily.
carbs would be 3x that or more
each gram of carbs aka CHO has value of 4 kcals
240-360 grams of carbs"CHO" = 960-1440 calories of carbs
Each fat gram has value of 9 kcals
Your diet should have about 1/3 -1/2 grams of fat
27-40-60 grams of fat. calories between 243 - 360 - 540 calories of fat
add the calories from each group and 1523 - 2460 calories daily
