Question: Did I Ruin My Diet.? Hellp!!! :(.?
Im trying to eat healthier. And I think I over did it today. Its already 10pm here. I ate:
-B: a bowl of "Cinammon Pecan" Special K Cereal with milk(not skim; 1 cup equals 130 calories)
-S: one medium banana
- L: one 200 calorie bagel with one and a half tablespoons of cream-cheese.
-D: 2 eggs with a LITTLE corn oil(HEALTHY), 3 toast(homepride, 1g fat per slice), a little cheddar cheese, olives, green peppers, and cucumbers.
-D: half a sugar-free cookie with a little sugar-free choco. syrup. And a-little more than 1/4 C. Apple Jacks with A LITTLE milk
-S: 6 peanut-butter crackers
-S: one medium meat kabob with red onions

(Im: 5'5, 125-126 pounds, in 7th grade, and 13yrs old)

So, did I eat too much.? Did I ruin my diet.?

Umm you probably should of skipped the bagel and 3 slices of toast is too much, especially if there was butter. Try using whole wheat for you breads and get fat free or reduced cream cheese for your bagel or jelly. Why did you eat so much after dinner.? Apple jacks & the crackers were over doing it. Unless you are on a sports team, then you need to cut back a little.
I just think it was a little too much for a 'diet' and stuff.

Your Diet is however you want it to be. If you thought that you over did it then you should go out for a jog, or whatever you have to do to fix your mistakes. Portion control is what you need to look at, especially exercising! Lots of people around the world eat more then what you ate. But if you think you ate too much then change it!Health Question & Answer

You didnt "ruin" it.
just cut out some of the crackers and bread.
Your already very healthy for your age and height.
you dont need to lose weight.
just cut out fatty foods, candy,cookies,soda chips. ect...
and get plenty of exercise!!

This is a healthy way of eating that will help lose weight or just maintain weight depending on how many times you stray from the structure.

You can lose 10-25 pounds in one month... safely. Just follow these rules. There are also several recipe books and recipes on her web site.

I lost 92 pounds, down from 325 lbs. The first week I started eating this way I lost 8 pounds... but it was probably because I was so big to begin with.

The rules are...
Food group 1
Fats, meats, oils, cream, butter

Food group 2
Veggies (no avocado or potatoes or carrots, these turn immediately to sugar when they hit your saliva).

Food group 3
Carbohydrates, rice, pasta, potatoes, non fat milk.

Food group 4
Fruit, eat only in the morning, on an empty stomach, about an hour before breakfast, not after. Don't eat it at night.

Rule... eat anything from group 1 with anything from group 2.
Rule... eat anything from group 2 with anything from group 3.
Rule... Do NOT eat group 1 with group 3.
Rule... No soda, caffeines, whole milk, yogurt, avocados, bananas all of these have fat and carbos so when you want to lose weight don't eat them. Afterwards you can.

Picture this in your head, insulin from your pancreas is secreted, to help digest sugars, and anything digested with it will be 'stored' as fat. So if you want the pasta and bread, don't have the butter or oil or meat, instead have a marinara tomato sauce, or sauted veggies with garlic, no oil or butter with carbos... remember.
