Well you must have been drinking when you asked this question because the answer is STOP DRINKING BEER. Now your going to have to do allot of exercising to get it off. Stomach weight is the hardest to loose so put down the beer and go do some type of physical activity and I don't mean drive down to the local bar. Switch your beverages to diet or water and I bet you will loose it in a couple months if you exercise a couple of times a week and watch what you eat. I know it's so nice to have a buzz sometimes but just deal with life and don't drink. Chances are you will just keep drinking more and more over time and get fatter and fatter - yeah. It kind of depends. How bad is the situation, and how fit do you want to be.?

If you want to get bodybuilder kind of buff, I would cut out the beer altogether and get Body For Life. It is a book, and you can usually pick it up on amazon used or half.com for very little. It is a very simple eating plan paired with a short but intense exercise plan, and the results are amazing. Get the original Body for Life book, not one of the sequels, at least to start. If you aren't looking to be an Adonis, but just want to reduce your belly, you might want to try this: Have one beer, and then have an equal size glass of water. Then have another beer. Then have another glass of water, etc. It will likely cut your beer intake in half, without you needing to give up beer entirely, plus you will likely get less drunk, and probably be a lot more fun (and remember it later.)
