Exercise with whey protein?!


Question: Exercise with whey protein.?
When taking whey protein powder or shakes, do I have to lift weights to get the results I want or will push ups and dive bombers work just fine.?

If you are just trying to tone then repitition is key. Do a whole ton of pushups, pullups, situps, run, etc... and you will see improvement. However, if you have access to a gym I would lift anyways, if you have no muscle mass it will still look teeny once you are toned. Low reps of heavy weights (along with your why protein) will help you get some mass which you can tone with your body-weight excersizesHealth Question & Answer
