Answers:
Determine your daily calorie intake
Write down all the things you eat on a typical day
Do an itemized calorie count
Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce
Seek out alternatives to the unhealthy foods you've identified
Choose lean meats. Chicken and fish are both very low in fat (and certain fish like salmon, sardines, and fresh tuna are an excellent source of antioxidants, which are also beneficial to your health), so aim to replace some or all of the beef or pork in your diet with these foods.

Replace high-calorie side dishes with healthier alternatives
Start your days off right. A fattening breakfast of bacon and eggs or a pastry can be replaced with yogurt, oatmeal, high-fiber, low-sugar cereals; or fresh fruit for fruit smoothies
Plan your meals
Watch your portion sizes
Get more fiber
Drink plenty of water
Exercise.

Perform high-level aerobic activities. Moderate aerobic workouts incorporating jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobic machines, or classes not only burn calories -- they also keep your heart healthy.

Pump some iron. Resistance training, (weight training), can help both sexes stay lean by building muscle and raising metabolism. The fact is, hours and hours of aerobic exercise won't help most people lose weight fast because your metabolism drops back to normal fairly quickly after stopping the exercise. If you gain muscle, however, your body's resting metabolism, (the amount of calories you burn when you're just sitting still), increases, because muscle requires a lot of calories to maintain. Studies have shown consistent weight training to raise the body's metabolism by 15%. This means an average woman might burn 200-300 more calories at rest every day! Resistance training is the gift that keeps on giving! Although, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs more than fat (don't be surprised if you gain weight but look slimmer).

Rest properly. This means not only taking at least 24-48 hours between strength training the same muscles, (and taking 1-2 days off from exercising each week); it also means getting enough sleep at night, since sleep deficiency impairs your ability to lose fat.

Health Question & Answer

you already should be skinny. you aren't fat, see a shrink, you might be in danger of eating disorders.
if your boyfriend said your butt was too fat, and you weigh that little, you probably have wide hips. there is absolutely nothing you can do about that- you can't change how your bones are, there is no surgery, no diet that will change it. not eating will not change it.
maybe they turned you down because you aren't confident, or photogenic.? or your looks aren't right.?
try a few other agencies.Health Question & Answer

Well, I don't think it's your weight to be honest because you sound a bit slimmer than average. And you sound about an inch too short to model anyway. So it would really make it that much harder. Maybe find another career.?

Australian modelling agencies probably wouldn't want someone who was 170cm and 40kg.... Trying to promote 'HEALTHY BODY IDEAL" or some crap.

I'm 15, and all my friends are around a size 10, I don't think you should be worrying about losing weight.Health Question & Answer

i dont know how big a 8 australian size is but for most models you have to be a 2 or a 4 I say a 2 just to be safe and that is america.

You need to work out:
cardio: run about a hour every day
sit ups: about 200
push ups:20 --or as many as you can i can do about 20
do that every day and eat RIGHT NO JUNK FOOD!!!!!!!!!!
NO FAST FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
eat green veggies.Health Question & Answer

that is not true. your not at all fat you are actually quite skinny.
how old are you.?
im 14, 165cm and i weigh about 48kg.

Get over it. Boyfriend sounds like a loser. You're a little taller than me so I know 50kg is way underweight for the height and size 8 is small, average Australian size is 14. There's plenty of things you can model if you insist thats what you want to doHealth Question & Answer
